Terms & Conditions of Sale

Effective Date:

1. Overview

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the sale and transfer of digital assets—including domain names and web content—from the Seller to the Buyer. By submitting payment or expressing written intent to purchase, the Buyer agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Parties

• Seller: Schmidt Sites LLC (or authorized owner).
• Buyer: Any individual or business purchasing digital assets via approved payment channels.

3. Assets for Sale

Seller agrees to transfer complete ownership rights of the domain(s) and associated design/content listed on this page or linked herein.

4. Payment

Full payment must be made via PayPal or another pre-approved method. Once payment is received, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

5. Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfer begins within 3 business days post-payment. Buyer must provide registrar details to receive the domain(s).

6. Limitation of Liability

Assets are sold "as-is" with no guarantees of traffic, revenue, compatibility, or future value. Buyer assumes all responsibility upon transfer.

7. No Refunds

All sales are final due to the digital and transferable nature of domain properties.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes will be resolved in Oregon courts.

9. Acceptance

By making payment, Buyer affirms they understand and agree to all conditions outlined above. This agreement is legally binding.
